I have been dealing with Carl for nearly 10 years now.
Carl firstly helped my Wife and I out getting a mortgage sorted at a time when getting a mortgage was practically impossible!
Carl went above and beyond to get us the right deal, which was a great help when we were buying a property for the first time.
Secondly, being self employed, Carl was able to sort out life insurances and an income protection for me to make sure I’m covered in every way. He also included my 12 year son in one of the policies so he is covered if he falls ill up to the age of 18.
Carl is always checking the latest information so I could get an improved policy when one occurs.
Carl explains all the mortgage and policy details fully but explains them in a way that everybody can understand.
I would recommend Quality Direct to everyone and you will be safe in the knowledge that you are in very good hands if you are looking for a mortgage or any kind of cover for yourself or your family.

I don't often write reviews but in this case I felt I needed to. Carl had been truly brilliant in helping us with our mortgage (twice now in fact as the first purchase fell through). He is easy to get hold of, can't do enough for you and knows the business so well; we always feel we are in safe, trustworthy hands with him, and his unbiased advice has probably saved us a good deal of money! His rates are reasonable and works on a "half now, half later" basis which provides peace of mind. Personally I feel he is worth far more than he is charging but don't tell him I said that! Honestly can't speak highly enough about this company and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to do anything mortgage-related.
